Why buy from the maker

No reseller in the middle of your safety chain.

When something on a harness needs to change — a buckle type, a D-ring position, a size run, a label — a distributor has to ask someone. We change it, because it is our production line.

  • Specifications you can act on. Every strength figure in kN and lbf, every dimension in mm and inches, every rope-diameter limit stated.
  • Documents with the goods. Instructions for use, declaration of conformity, serial and batch record, pre-despatch inspection sheet.
  • Traceability that works backwards. Quote a serial and we will tell you its batch, its production date and the standard it was declared to.
  • Private label and OEM. Your brand, your spec, our line — from modified designs to full volume builds.

Four steps from drawing to despatch

None of this sequence is subcontracted. It is the reason a change you ask for on Monday can be on the line by Friday.

01
Design & tooling
Every part starts as a drawing checked against the EN and ANSI limits it will be declared to. Then the die, the mould and the jig are cut on our own floor.
02
Forge & machine
7075 aluminium and alloy steel are forged, CNC-machined and heat-treated until the part measures what the drawing says it measures.
03
Proof test & serialise
Batch samples are pulled to destruction on our own rig. Every unit that ships is laser-marked with its serial and its batch.
04
Certify & despatch
Instructions for use, declaration of conformity and the pre-despatch inspection sheet travel in the box with the goods.
How to buy

Every order goes through a distributor

01

Build the order

Prices are published in Canadian dollars. Add what the job needs to the cart. Nothing is charged on this site.

02

Choose your distributor

Eddy covers North America, Etuka covers Africa and Europe, Mohamed covers Côte d’Ivoire and Rashad covers Egypt. The right one is already selected from your address, and you can change it.

03

They take it from there

Your distributor confirms availability, quotes freight to your door and agrees payment terms with you directly.
